Fall came and is now gone, and we shoot everything we could on that time. We didn't get to shoot all the material which was described in the script, but I think it is good. The materials which we shooted had some great footage, and some of it can be transferred straight into the new project. But some footage was not that good, and some of them were terrible. One aspect, which degraded every footages quality was the missing DOF adapter. You can't really get that movie look and feeling, when the footage has no depth of field. And the snowy landscapes does not work with the colors of 300, which are mainly brown. The blue color world shown some parts in the movie 300 works well with snow, but thats a raw fact that the brown color world is what is dominant in the film. Looking at these aspects, we decided to start the project again, from a fresh start. We improve our equipment, in terms of actor's equipment and shooting equipment and editing equipment. And also goal is to improve our acting. The acting was not bad, but of course it could be better. More angry and more blood-thirsty. And we change and improve some of the choerographies, and find a better looking spots for our scenes. The overall improvement progress has started well, for we have the 35mm adapter and lens for our camera, and we have more powerful editing machine. Our director has started to train his skills in operating the camera, and as a new aspect he has started to learn the cutting and merging the scenes fluidly and with professional touch. We are planning to shoot the film during the summer, however some of us are in the army, but in the weekend holidays and in possible 9-day holidays. Starting to look good.
